Homes at this level usually pass through many hands, and it shows. Dubreville Atelier was founded on the opposite principle, that a home is better when one person holds the design, the construction, and the standard from beginning to end.
The Company
Dubreville Atelier is a real estate design and development firm offering a full range of services to clients participating in speculative real estate development, as well as end users building their dream home.
We take on only a few projects at a time, treating each as a singular work. Contemporary in form, warm and organic in material, and finished to a standard most builders forgo.
The studio manages the full arc. It identifies and sources the land, works side by side with the architects, engineers, designers, and general contractors who bring each home to life, and carries the project through construction and, where applicable, the sale of the finished home.
