Preston Dubreville is the active, hands on Principal of Dubreville Atelier. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Entrepreneurship, and obtained his real estate license while leading a sales organization at a luxury real estate firm in West Hollywood, California.
In pursuit of his real estate career, he moved back to his hometown of San Diego, where he attended the University of San Diego for advanced studies in Real Estate Finance, Investment, and Development. Preston then partnered with a general contractor, where he learned the development business of high end luxury real estate.
Recognizing a niche opportunity for a more creative design build approach in property development, he founded Dubreville Atelier, a design, development and management firm that balances his business acumen, innovative thinking, strong work ethic, and passion for visual appeal in timeless architecture and interior design.

Preston's work is contemporary, with a current direction toward organic and Mediterranean modern. It is warmer, softer, and more material driven than the glossier work that came before.
