Homes at this level often pass through many hands. Dubreville Atelier was founded on a different principle: that a single vision, carried from conception through completion, results in greater design integrity, closer attention to detail, and a higher caliber of finish.
The Company
Dubreville Atelier is a real estate design and development firm offering a full range of services to clients pursuing speculative real estate development, as well as end users building their dream home.
Only a small number of projects are undertaken at a time, allowing each to receive a level of consideration, craftsmanship, and personal involvement rarely found in residential development.
For investors, the studio manages the full arc. It identifies and sources the land, performs financial projections, establishes the legal and financial structure, designs the home from floor plan through finish selections, and works alongside architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the entitlement process. The studio then oversees construction and directly represents the property through marketing and sale.
For private clients commissioning design work or developing a home for personal use, these services are available on an à la carte basis.
